Rockingham Superior Court in Brentwood
All felonies committed in Greenland go to Rockingham Superior Court in Brentwood.

Greenland Police Department subcontracts Atty.Andrea Mitrushi to act on our behalf as the Prosecutor at Circuit and Family court.  Atty. Mitrushi represents us in criminal hearings and trials, juvenile hearings, and Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) hearings.  In the State of New Hampshire, it is legal for any police officer to act as a Prosecutor on any criminal case.  GPD currently employs two (2) sworn officers that are trained to prosecute if needed.  Felony cases, on the contrary, are prosecuted by the Rockingham County Attorney's Office (RCAO) in Brentwood.  We work closely with County Attorney Pat Conway and the numerous Assistant County Attorneys on her staff.
