PUBLIC WORKS FACILITY ON PEVERLY HILL ROAD.  GREENLAND RESIDENTS MUST BRING PROOF OF
RESIDENCY.  GREENLAND IS CHARGED "PER VEHICLE" - CHECK WITH YOUR NEIGHBORS TO SEE IF
THEY HAVE MATERIALS THAT NEED TO BE DISPOSED OF.  

Transfer Station Hours and Policy


The Greenland Transfer Station is open the following hours: 

    Wednesdays - 8:00 am to 5:00 pm 
    Saturdays - 8:00 am to 5:00 pm 

A town sticker is required, and is only available to town residents.  Please purchase it at Town Hall for $1.  The Transfer Station supports a very wide array of recycling options, so please read the POLICY document to find out what can and can not be recycled.  The more waste that is recycled - the lower our costs for transportation and disposal of waste and the better we are treating our environment.  Each year Greenland has increased the quantity of materials being recycled - keep up the great work!
